Leadership
Gautam co-founded Skiwo in 2016 to bring technology to the language industry. He has led the company through multiple acquisitions, product launches, and the successful exit of Salita. He leads strategy, product, and technology across the group.
Rodney co-founded and leads design across the Skiwo portfolio, building cohesive brands that prioritise clarity and trust. He specialises in making complex compliance workflows — from background checks and whistleblowing to freelancer payments — feel simple through intuitive design and strong visual storytelling.
